Policies

Shipping Policy:

We ship first class mail through the USPS. Please allow 3 to 10 business days after shipping notification has been sent. For international orders please allow 1 to 4 weeks for shipment. We ship priority mail only upon request for an extra fee of $5 (only for domestic orders). We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Bloom Wild Design is not responsible for delays by the USPS or for lost or damaged items caused by the USPS. If you do not receive your item, please email or contact us via our website and we will work together on providing you with another item for cost of supplies only or offering store credit.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

We accept refunds and exchanges on non-custom items up to 15 days from the date you receive the package. If your order was custom, it can only be returned if it was received in defective condition. If 15 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
